Privacy Policy

About this policy

This policy explains how Twenty3 Creative uses personal information when you visit twenty3creative.com or contact us about our services. Last updated: 25 September 2026.

Who is responsible for your information?

Twenty3 Creative is the creative division of UK FIZZ LTD, the controller of the information described here. Our registered office is Studio 9, 50 To 54 St. Pauls Square, Birmingham, England, B3 1QS. For privacy questions or requests, email scott@twenty3creative.com.

Project enquiries

Our enquiry form collects your name, email address, project type and message. If you contact us by email, we also receive the information and attachments you choose to send. Please do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for discussing your project.

We use this information to reply, understand your requirements and prepare proposals. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we process your information for that purpose. For enquiries on behalf of a business, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business communications and managing prospective client relationships. If you do not provide contact details, we may be unable to reply.

We do not currently use project enquiry details for newsletters or marketing.

Website operation and spam prevention

Our hosting and security providers process technical information, including IP addresses, browser and device information and server logs, to deliver the website, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. Our legitimate interest is keeping the website secure and reliable.

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to identify automated submissions. It processes technical and interaction information and can use cookies or similar storage for risk analysis. reCAPTCHA is not loaded on the homepage. On pages with an enquiry form, it loads only after you allow the Marketing cookie category through our consent controls. This choice enables Google’s spam-prevention service; it does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If you reject that category, you can contact us directly by email instead. Withdrawing consent reloads the page to stop the loaded service. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Analytics and your cookie choices

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit, how they use the website and whether visits lead to enquiries. Analytics can process device and browser details, approximate location, page views and interaction events. We do not intentionally send your enquiry message, name or email address as Analytics event information.

Our consent banner lets you accept or reject optional categories and change your choices through Manage consent. We request consent for optional analytics cookies. Google Consent Mode communicates your choices to Google; limited cookieless measurement signals may still be sent when analytics storage is refused. If you refuse the category required by reCAPTCHA, you can still make an enquiry by emailing us directly.

See our Cookie Policy for more information. We are reviewing its detailed cookie inventory; this does not affect your ability to change your consent choices.

Comments and external websites

If you submit a comment where comments are enabled, WordPress collects the information you enter, your IP address and browser details for moderation and spam detection. Our legitimate interest is managing discussion and preventing abuse. Approved comments may be displayed publicly. Links to social networks and other websites take you to services with their own privacy notices.

Who receives information?

Our website uses Elementor hosting and related website and email-delivery services, Zoho Mail for the enquiry mailbox, and Google for Analytics and reCAPTCHA. These providers process information needed to provide their services. Complianz manages cookie preferences and scans the site; its cookie database service receives the domain and detected cookie and service names for classification.

We may disclose information when required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell project enquiry details.

International processing

Providers may process information outside the UK, including through overseas support teams and infrastructure. Hosting in Europe does not mean all processing stays there. Elementor describes contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum, in its Data Processing Agreement. Zoho explains its overseas access and transfer arrangements in its privacy information. Google describes its use of adequacy mechanisms, the UK Extension to the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses in its data transfer information. Contact us if you need more information about the safeguards relevant to your information.

How long information is kept

We keep unsuccessful project enquiries for one month. Information relating to an agreed project is handled as part of that client relationship, taking account of the work, contractual obligations and any applicable legal record-keeping requirements.

For other website information, retention depends on why it is needed: comments support the published discussion and moderation; technical logs support fault diagnosis and investigation of abuse; analytics supports understanding website use. Provider retention settings, the continuing need for the information and any legal obligation or unresolved dispute determine the relevant period. You can contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Email scott@twenty3creative.com to exercise your rights. We may need information to confirm your identity. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our website or use of personal information changes.
